Hi everyone, reminder time. We are back just for this week, then l am heading off again until mid November. Sorry about all the interruptions, all this at once certainly wasn’t planned that way, just how life has turned out.
So, on the menu we have the delicious Moroccan lamb and filo pie with roasted sweet potato and pumpkin. A moist, flavoursome filling with Moroccan spices and loads of veggies with lamb mince, then topped with a crunchy filo pastry topping.
We will need an ovenproof dish for this one.
$13.50 per serve, $54 for four etc.
Dessert is a decadent chocolate orange cake with a chocolate frosting. You can’t get more yummy than that combination. $28 for a whole cake, $7 per individual serve.

Hi everyone, another lovely day. We are back just for this week, then l am heading off again until mid November. Sorry about all the interruptions, all this at once certainly wasn’t planned that way, just how life has turned out.

* I forgot to include in my menu post this week that we have quite a few interruptions to our cooking in the next little while with two trips planned. So, the next two weeks are out, then we are back for one week l think it is, then out again for another four weeks. Phew, so confusing! Sorry about all that, everything is happening at once. Just keep an eye out for our posts.

Hi everyone. Reminder time.
On the menu this week we are doing something slightly different for our main course- Thai fish cakes. We usually do these in the small variety, but this week they will be Texas muffin size. If you haven’t tried our version of these yet, they are delicious and one of our most popular items when catering. A blend of white fish, angel hair pasta, coriander, chilli and lots of other flavouring ingredients. These will be $8 each.
Dessert is another of our favourites, orange and fresh ginger rum cakes- think the name says it all. Yummo individual cakes with a an orange and rum flavoured syrup.
These are $7 each.

Nothing to do with food but just a warning- RoseMarley are doing lots of advertising on social media, BEWARE! Their dresses look lovely in the photos and l bought one. Appalling, cheap, crappy material, weird sizing and very different to the photo. Have had numerous emails with them, they refuse to take back the dress, and from a starting point of 5% refund, final email was up to 30% of total price. I declined! Please share.

Hi everyone.
On the menu this week we are doing something slightly different for our main course- Thai fish cakes. We usually do these in the small variety, but this week they will be Texas muffin size. Hello everyone, reminder time.
We have some favourites on this week which have been requested by our lovely customers even though it isn’t that long since we made them, but we are happy to oblige.
For main course we have pastitiso, a dish of Greek origins, with a cheesy pasta base, a rich, delicious meaty sauce the next layer before being topped with a creamy bechamel sauce. Pure indulgence and delicious. $13.50 per serve, $54 for 4 etc.
We will need an ovenproof dish for this one.

The sweet treat is carrot cake cookies with a lemon cream cheese icing filling. One of our favourite Yotum Ottolenghi recipes. The traditional flavours of a carrot cake, but just in cookie form. These are quite large and are $7 each.

Reminder time everyone.
We have gone vegetarian this week with a roasted vegetable and three cheese galette- which is an open topped pie! We use a light flaky pastry, pop a mixture of ricotta and cheddar cheese on the base, then top with roasted veggies. The whole thing is dotted with feta, the pastry folded over at the edges, then baked.
These are individual serves, $13.50 each.
The sweet treat is a millionaire’s shortbread, really just a fancy version of the good old caramel slice.
$28 for a whole slice, $14 for half, $7 for a quarter.
