Gen's got a cold and feeling very run down after Castlemaine the Musical last week. So, FlashDancercise is not on tonight (1 April)

Next Weds (18 Feb) we will work on finessing the dancefit routine to Mambo No. 5!

Any newbies, come join the fun as we dance / move to a choreographed routine.

We do some warm up routines as well and a gentle cool down at the end.

Come along - no experience needed!
