This was one of our first couples to book with us. 💜
Then because of covid they push it back two years. So glad they did as they could have all their love ones come.

We were so excited to see the day come and be part of this very special wedding, such a wonderful couple and we loved working with them. Wish them all the happiness in the world.

We can’t thank or recommend Jacinda at Bold Events enough! We planned our backyard, marquee, rustic wedding in the middle of the pandemic, with two or three back up plans at all times. Jacinda remained calm, confident and completely flexible at every stage, constantly in contact and willing to lend her expertise to every aspect of our wedding day. We could not have pulled our wedding off without her – from the logistics to beautiful styling to the catering selection to the vendor recommendations, Jacinda made everything seem effortless (even changes during the final week!) Bold Events is based in Camden NSW and is excited to be hiring casual crew members for our growing business.

If you are happy to work on a casual basis to assist with setting up and theming social and corporate events this could be the role for you. Events can be held day or night, weekends and weekdays so you will need to be flexible and willing to work hard and take direction from our event manager.

You will also need to be physically strong and be handy enough to help set up equipment, staging, lighting, archways, props etc onsite. You will be shown how to build small structures prior to events, so basic carpentry skills would be an advantage.

You will need:
• An outgoing personality.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• To take pride in your professional presentation.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• The ability to work on your feet and have a reasonable level of physical fitness.
• Able to pick up heavy furniture, load and unload our delivery truck and climb a ladder.
• Police check.
• Drivers Licence and access to car. There is no public transport to our warehouse in Cobbitty.

We primarily work in venues in the Camden, Southern Highlands and Macarthur regions but also run events across Greater Sydney throughout the year.

Our story begins with Jacinda Dujakovic, one of Sydney’s leading event managers and stylists. It was Jacinda who founded Bold Events, with a passion for creation and a desire to build an unparalleled events management company.

Jacinda is part of a large family of creatives, and as such, pursuing her truest passions was always on the cards from an early age. Over the years, Jacinda has developed her unique skillset working in fashion, catering and events throughout Australia and New Zealand. Since 2011 she has been building a solid reputation for delivering memorable events both large and small—from corporate events, Christmas parties, grand weddings, conferences and exhibitions.

The progression from fashion & catering into events management was natural as the former industries’ share a lot of similarities. One must find the perfect combination of ingredients to form a delectable dish—taking into consideration the colours, texture, presentation, and of course, timing. A natural creative flare is required to excel in both, though there are certain rules that must be adhered to as well. In addition to that, both require excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and exceptional organisation. Thus, creating breath-taking events with an irrefutable attention to detail is now second nature.
