Griff's Ceremonies

Over the past 9 years that Griff has been a civil celebrant, we have met so many wonderful people and planned so many different and varied ceremonies.
Griff has loved his role as a celebrant, I had fun with styling for a while and we have both enjoyed sharing a part in such a special day for each of our couples.
We have traveled up to Noosa and down to Scarborough and out to Parkes, we have set up and packed up in wedding venues, parks and on beaches and islands, in sunshine, wind and rain, we have played music of every taste, planned ceremonies with owls and butterflies, for young couples and not-so young couples ... but every one is a special memory.
We have decided it is time to move on to another chapter in our lives. Griff is hanging up his suit coat and microphone and I will close the Griff's Ceremonies books.
Thanks to all our beautiful couples for the great memories and best wishes to everyone for the future.

The sky was blue, Peter and his groomsmen wore sunny yellow vests and Carla's bridesmaids were pretty in pink ... it was a ceremony full of colour and fun just like the happy couple ... thank you for being such a great couple for our final ceremony and all the best for a fun filled future.

In a peaceful forest valley at Yandina, Jesse and Caitlin became husband and wife last month ... the setting was magical and Caitlin was a beautiful bride ... thank you both for allowing us to be part of your special day and we wish you all the happiness for the future.

We first met Heath and Alison when we were looking for a new home for our wedding styling equipment. Heath and Alison have taken up ceremony styling with Simple Charm Ceremonies. They are a great couple and it was our pleasure to be part of their own wedding day last weekend at Point Arkwright. We wish you and the family all the best for the future Heath and Alison.

High on the windswept cliff above the beach, Stu and Elita exchanged wedding vows at the Point Arkwright Lookout.
Stu is an avid Star Wars fan but he was over the moon to finally marry his beautiful Elita as their children watched on with family and friends.

Alana and Brett's wedding a wonderful reflection of their personalities ... the bride arrived in a red sports car wearing a gorgeous pink gown, the groom and his groomsmen rocked the country look, their children were included in a blending of families ceremony, guests sat on hay bales in the relaxed bush setting and everyone continued the celebrations in a country themed hall ...

Wirreanda Park at Buderim is a secret woodland and was the perfect location for Gus and Sharon's ceremony ... everyone sheltered from the heat of the day under the canopy of majestic fig trees ...

Long time loves Sharon and Gus were married yesterday in a beautiful ceremony amongst the leaves at Wirreanda Park, Buderim. The couple were joined in the celebration of their union by friends and family, many whom had traveled from interstate. Post-ceremony the bridal party made their way into the stunning Buderim Fall's rain forest for photos and peaceful reflection.
