Last night, I woke up with a nightmare. Of course, it was about my children being hurt. I hate them. I needed to calm myself down so I could go back to sleep. It's hard, isn't it. You are dead tired and in panic mode because of your dream. I used the vagus nerve breathing technique. I have tried it a couple of times beforehand, and I trusted that it would be doing the job. And it did!

What is the Vagus Nerve? This powerful nerve runs from your brainstem all the way to your gut, and it plays a huge role in calming your body after stress.

✨ Here's how to activate it:

👉 Take a slow, deep breath in
👉 Then “top it up” with a tiny sip of extra air at the top
👉 Exhale slooooowly, longer than your inhale

Do this as many times you need.

It’s simple. It’s free. And it works.
The breath is your built-in remote control for nervous system regulation, don’t underestimate it.

Have you tried it?
My client confirmed it was working for her as well. Let me know your experience.

Love,
Jasmin x

P.S. This is not medical advice. I'm just sharing what works for my nervous system.

An easy way to nourish your body and actually get a good amount of vegetables into you in one go is SOUP. My soups have as many vegetables as possible in them. To change flavours, I add tumeric or other spices. If I lack of time, I just use frozen vegetables and onion. So quick and easy!

I need to make sure that my children, especially my 15 year old - a selected eater - gets his vegetables into his body. I am hiding all the veg in the soup that he would not eat otherwise.

Why 5–7 cups of veggies a day?

Vegetables fuel your cells, fight inflammation, balance your hormones, and help your gut and brain actually work.
They’re packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, all the good stuff your future self will thank you for.

What's your best way of getting a lot of vegetables into your body?

Please share!

Hibiscus Tea: The Underrated Health Hero 🌺

Not a fan of green tea? You’re not alone.
Meet hibiscus tea, your bold, tart, ruby-red upgrade. 💃 Now I understand why it gets served in hospitals. I am not a huge fan of the warm brew, but I enjoy it chilled as I found out at our Longevity Lunch.

It’s not just pretty. It’s powerful:
✅ Naturally lowers blood pressure
✅ Packed with antioxidants
✅ Supports liver health
✅ Helps reduce inflammation
✅ Caffeine-free for better sleep

How to serve?
Add a slice of orange, cucumber, a dash of cinnamon or clove, and a drizzle of raw honey. You’ve got yourself a medical mocktail that tastes as good as it feels.

Now don’t get me wrong...
Matcha is still the queen bee 👑 when it comes to high-performance health. But if green tea’s not your jam, hibiscus is a delicious way to sip your way to better health.

Are you a tea lover? Which one has your vote? Red or green?

Love,
Jasmin x

Truth Bomb Time..

This won’t make me popular, but here we go:

Alcohol is bad for you.
Not “just a little,” not “just occasionally.”
It’s. Just. Not. Good.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, and I’m not judging your wine night or mojito moment. I just want to be honest.

When I was 16 in Austria (yes, legal for beer and wine at that age), I had an epic tequila overdose (not allowed under 18). That wild night turned into 8 years alcohol-free.
Then? I tried wine again and even added sugar to a fancy red (don’t ask 😬).
Fast-forward: Aussie life brought Shiraz whilst travelling the world, Red Bull vodkas for clubbing nights, and bubbly-fuelled girly nights in.

But in January, I stopped drinking.
And I don’t miss it. At all.
Not the headaches, not the brain fog, not the sluggish mornings.

👉 I know giving up alcohol can be tough, especially if it’s your way to relax or connect.
But here’s the truth: you don’t need alcohol to enjoy life.
Maybe it’s time to challenge that idea? Keen to join me?

You’re stronger than you think.

P.S. What's in my glasswear? I served as an appetiser to help our digestion;-)

Love,
Jasmin x

How I swapped bananas for cough medicine.

This is a post about my absolutely amazing community trying to help out a mama bear and her cup.
On stories, I asked for any great advice to help my poorly daughter get well. She has this horrific throat cough that the doctor could not help us with. Please note that this is not a medical advice post. I am just sharing with you all the amazing advice I have been given by other mums and my nutritionist.

Amber has been sick for over 14 days! I kind of let it run its course at the beginning, but when the sickness did not budge after 3 days, I certainly started to look into improving and supporting her body even more.

I reached out to . Lynsey said to boost her immune system. We got her a Vit C and Elderberry supplements. We already had the ArmaForce throat spray but got the cough relief. Half dosage. Marshmallow tea was on the list, too. We have already been using NZL Manuka honey, Easyair, and Oregano oil.
2 days ago, I asked you beautiful mama's if you have any suggestions on how to stop her cough.
We are endlessly grateful for such a supportive network. You came in with fantastic treatment ideas. We have not been sleeping for weeks due to endless coughing. You boosted my energy levels with your responses, no doubt.
So many of you have sick kids as well. Whooping cough, pneumonia, and lots of other respiratory infections are present on the coast.

How do bananas fit into this story? Well, one amazing mama gave us some homeopathic drops out of her brand new kit. She waited for my husband to pick it up after her school run. She wanted and expected nothing back, so I sent a bunch of our home-grown bananas to show my gratitude.

Here is a list of suggestions from our community to fight off coughs.
🌸 see a Homoeopath, Kinesiologist, acupuncturist
🌸 special tea like fresh ginger, cinnamon, and tumeric powder with honey added when cooled down
🌸 Epsom salt bath with apple cider vingar
🌸 Thyme steam
🌸 Nose drops (sooths the throat)
🌸 Wheat and Dairy free
🌸 Colloidal Silver
🌸 Onions: Cut up and put in a bag near. Onion syrup: cut open and add sugar and honey.

Embracing imperfections and finding joy in the moment! 😄 Behind this smile is the world's biggest cold sore (seriously, it's ridiculously ugly!). Talking to people feels incredibly uncomfortable at the moment, but let's focus on the positive - you can't see it! 🙌 Thanks to for capturing this moment of a woman navigating passions and figuring out how to bring it all to the table. Your talent in seizing this moment is truly appreciated! Thank you, Kirsty!
