Busy Day (without number 1 Driver) - Herberton, Malanda, Port Douglas, Cairns Airport, Silky Oaks Lodge, The Daintree, Kuranda Historic Train and Yorkeys K**b Cruise Ship Terminal. 100’s transferred on time and lots of fun !

Well we have finally taken delivery of our 10/24 (Demo) Mercedes Sprinter - taken us awhile to find one in this condition, near new and fully optioned. We understand that in 2026 Mercedes is only importing 44 sprinters in “Bus configuration“ to Aus so as you can imagine we are very happy with this acquisition. This standard of vehicle is complimenting our existing fleet and continues our philosophy of maintaining a fleet of quality vehicles unmatched by any other operator north of Brisbane. We are continuing to phase out ”older vehicles“ and upgrade the fleet - “fleet pride”. You will see a newer sedan and further 7 seaters over the coming months. Our agents and clientele will have great confidence in what we offer.

Bought the new fully optioned and rare high roof 2024 Mercedes Sprinter pictured. Leather seats 3000 klms and immaculate. Ideal for our high end base.

And while in Sydney dropped in to enquire about the new model 28 seat Yutong with Sara Clark National Sales Manager at VDI Australia.

We can expect our new 28 seat model early in 2026 (still negotiating). Always a delight to see Sara and her team.

Renewing the fleet is a constant ongoing process.

RAAF crew transfer tonight and first opportunity to see the new (near new) 737-8MAX. Beautiful aircraft and the RAAF has taken delivery of 2.

New Zealand Air Force - 2 NH90 Helicopters on way back to NZ from New Guinea. Range is around 3 hours with long range tanks. They will stop at numerous fuel stops on the way including Townsville, Amberley and Lord Howe Island. Awesome to see up close.

Busy morning - Cairns International Airport crew transfers to and from (Gulfstream) G550 in transit to New Zealand. It is an adapted business jet to function basically as a scientific research platform. It measures air samples/properties cloud and ice droplets in the upper atmosphere. Basically atmospheric testing.

Mt Mulligan today and loved every minute of it ! Brumbies, Emus, Kangaroos and a Brahman Cattle muster ! Mount Mulligan Lodge is definitely worth a visit - never ceases to amaze me that we have this world renowned outback tourist destination on our door step 2.5 hours west of Cairns.

Well a bit of Australian Government work yesterday. So it was off to Hartleys Creek Crocodile Adventures with the Guests. Very impressed is an understatement. We are truly fortunate to have this world class attraction in our backyard.
