Reflecting on a beautiful night with Queensland Symphony Orchestra, serenading Cairns under the full moon.

Munro Martin Parklands hosted a special event, on the first night of Cairns Festival - celebrating the debut of local composer Jon Platz ‘Prelude for a Painted Sky,’ underneath the stars that inspired him.

From the clarinet concerto, to young musicians showcasing their talents and fabulous energy brought by both conducter Nil Venditti and host Ed Le Broq.

It was a night to remember!✨🎻
