Our 8 course heritage-rich banquet menu has been designed with Silver Pearl's philosophy to balance tradition in a modern setting, and flavourful elements rooted in tradition.
See yourself indulging in an assortment of BBQ meats, fresh Japanese scallops bathed in XO sauce and served with perfectly chewy noodles to savour. Then guided through to meet our signature "SP" fried rice, where with every bite you'll uncover bold yet familiar flavours.
We'll be ending on a sweeter note after taking a bite of our light desserts; including mango sticky rice complimented by coconut ice cream, and your classic red bean soup with seasonal fruit.
