Every collection begins with a story.

The *Romance* Collection you’ve been following throughout this campaign didn’t simply come to life—it was imagined, curated and crafted by the creative minds behind The Wedding Shed.

Inspired by the wild yearning, untamed beauty and enduring passion of *Wuthering Heights*, every linen, bloom, vessel, candle and carefully considered detail was chosen with intention. Not simply to style a wedding, but to evoke a feeling. To tell a love story.

At our Winter Venue Open Day, these visionaries stepped from behind the scenes and invited couples into the creative heart of their world.

Through an interactive styling atelier, couples experienced the birthplace of a collection—exploring textures, palettes, florals and layered design concepts while discovering the inspiration behind *Romance*. It was an opportunity to ask questions, gather ideas and begin imagining a celebration that felt entirely their own.

Because this is what makes The Wedding Shed experience so special.

Beneath the sweeping canopy of our 150-year-old Moreton Bay Fig Tree, Romance reaches its most captivating moment.

Soft French linen envelops every seat. Billowing drapery dances gently in the winter breeze, while antique white urns frame a ceremony that feels as though it has existed forever.

Inspired by the wild beauty and enduring passion of ‘Wuthering Heights’, this is a setting where love feels timeless, untamed and unforgettable.

Every love story has a beginning, and for Maddie and Dylan, it started with a cheeky Instagram follow and a very curious scroll.

Maddie admits she “may have stalked” Dylan on Instagram before asking a mutual friend about him. “I might have followed him, but he made the first actual move by sending me the cheesiest DM,” she laughs. That first exchange quickly turned into something real, and these days, life together is, in Maddie’s words, “just easy.”

Tonight, we’re taking you inside the day they made it official.

We’ve woven moments from their wedding film throughout this carousel, inviting you to experience the day as it unfolded—the quiet anticipation, the overwhelming emotion, and all the beautiful in-between moments that make a wedding day so unforgettable.

From Maddie’s emotional first look with her dad, to the moment Dylan first caught sight of her before she walked down the aisle—standing at the altar, full of nerves and emotion. From the champagne tower that marked the beginning of the celebrations, to golden-hour portraits, laughter-filled moments with their bridal party as cocktails flowed, and the seamless shift from heartfelt ceremony to an unforgettable night on the dance floor.

Annabelle & Alex | A Summer Wedding in the Byron Hinterland

A celebration where every detail was thoughtfully curated to create moments of beauty, connection and indulgence.

Together with their planner Laura from Byron Bay Weddings , Annabelle & Alex designed an unforgettable summer wedding for 90 guests — a refined expression of European elegance nestled amongst the hills of the Byron Hinterland.

From flowing drapery and crystal chandeliers to a live oyster shucking station, a violinist setting the atmosphere, and a menu and drinks experience crafted for true food lovers — every element was considered, layered and beautifully intentional.

An afternoon that flowed effortlessly into evening; a celebration of love, taste and timeless style — a wedding their guests will remember forever.

Rich in colour, rich in love, and overflowing with the joy of celebration.

From the moment guests stepped off the buses and into welcome drinks beneath the trees, Bella & James’ day unfolded with effortless energy. A beautifully considered styling brief came to life as the afternoon flowed into a vibrant cocktail hour, before giving way to a breathtaking reception where the atmosphere shifted from golden light to an unforgettable evening of dancing, laughter and celebration.
