Have you ever thought about making a delicious seafood BBQ, but gave up in the middle of the way because thought it was a task for only big chefs? 🦐🦑👨‍🍳

Well, to show you that seafood barbecue isn’t as hard as you think, today we brought 4 tips that will certainly change your mind. Check-out!! 🤯

✅ The first tip is about seasoning the food using simple stuff, marinating them with only lemon, salt, and pepper. Trust me, it gets awesome! 🧂

✅ The other tip is to grill them using only medium fire. Always remember that squid 🦑 and prawns 🦐 will need around 5min for each side, while fish reserve will spend about 10min.

✅ Taking aside a special sauce for dipping to share i.e. creamy honey mustard or a tartar sauce 🍵 is also a good idea! It completely changes the experience with seafood BBQ. 🔥

✅ To accompany, we recommend salad and pasta, which will always deliver a great taste for any of these treasures. 🍝🥗

Well, Farofa is kind of a big deal not only for us but also for every Brazilian heart! 🇧🇷❤️

In short, it’s a traditional Brazilian side dish made with toasted cassava flour, or how we call it in Portuguese “Farinha de mandioca”. 😋

We can prepare it in all sorts of different ways; with butter and bacon, or a deliciously vegan one made with ghee butter and veggies. 🥓

I bet you’re wondering what farofa tastes like, aren’t u? 😆 Overall, I think it’s fair to say that farofa has a “crunchy” texture and a very mild taste. Getting even better when the cassava flour soaks up the flavors of the stuff you cook it with, like the bacon, butter, garlic and etc. 😋

Believe me, a Brazilian barbecue 🥩 is not the same without some "Farofinha" (a little farofa) sprinkled on top! Hahaha 😆
