I've just found out I'm a finalist in the ABIA Awards for Marriage Celebrants in WA 💕

This honestly means so much, not because of the title itself, but because it's based on the reviews and kind words from the couples I've had the privilege to marry. Knowing that the love, care and energy I pour into every ceremony is felt, is the greatest reward 💖

A huge shoutout to the other finalists! WA is full of ridiculously talented and dedicated celebrants and I'm lucky to be in such good company 💫

Forever grateful to my couples, past and present - you are the reason I get to do this work I love. Thank you for trusting me with such a special part of your story ✨

✨Celebrating 17 years as a Marriage Celebrant🥂

Last Saturday marked seventeen years since I was appointed as a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant 🤍

I remember it was all a little surreal after nearly a year of study, then months of waiting, but I took a leap of faith, set up a basic website and invested in the best PA system I could find 🎤

I never would have dreamt that 17 years later I'd have married almost 1000 beautiful couples, created countless memories, and that it was the beginning of a journey that I would cherish every step of the way ❤️

To the incredible couples I've had the pleasure of marrying, and to all of the wonderful guests who continue to recommend me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You've helped my business grow through word of mouth, and that's truly something special 💌

To my fellow vendors - thank you! 🙏🏻 Your support, recommendations and collaborations over the years have meant the world to me. Knowing that you trust me enough to refer me to couples is an honour I don't take lightly, and I couldn't have reached this milestone without your support 💐

Seventeen years is a long time, but it is such a privilege to be able to bring love and happiness into people's lives on one of their happiest days 💍✨

Seeing the smiles, the tears of joy, and the love that is shared on a wedding day is a feeling that will never get old ❤️

And of course, a huge shout out to my family - thank you for putting up with my odd work hours, the summer weekends when I'm always working, and always supporting me in doing what I love. Your understanding and sacrifices have made all the difference 🏡❤️

So here's to 17 years of love, laughter and unforgettable memories, and to many more years of celebrating love 🥰

There is no question that I absolutely love what I do. Creating ceremonies that authentically reflect you is my passion - filled with love, laughter and a touch of cheekiness! This recognition is proof that I'm on the right track 🌟
