"I have zero time to plan my wedding — how am I supposed to afford everything and book it all at once so I don’t lose my date?!

It’s a very common concern! The answer is beautiful glam & laid back country venue Ivory Pavilion Book everything in now, but pay it off over 3 spread-out instalments. Everything is secured before your wedding is fully paid off. For now, simply save $5-$7,000 (depending on the package) to lock it all in — we won’t ask for another instalment for 6–8 months.

At Ivory Pavilion, your only job is to voice a fave colour or theme, arrive, relax, and celebrate. We do it all! 💍✨
Whats not included? Celebrant, cake and a white dress! But we will help you plan/book in anything else you need with ease.

And we're back! set up for Samantha and Craig 🫶

We did it! Another reno in record time. Over winter we got to work renovating a stair well in to a "green room" which is the perfect bridal suite set up for bridal party and couple to relax in after the photos or grooms party to start and get dressed in before the ceremony.
♥️ now available for hire! ♥️
Couches & coffee table, bar & bar chairs, mounted LED TV for music videos or entertainment.
Private toilet.
Long and small mirrors hung.
Bar fridge
Built in wardrobe & shelving for storing handbags & items (coming next week) for your comfort to do a dress change or for grooms party to get dressed.
Lockable and private for the couple and bridal parties use.

Ivory Pavilion has a strong focus on love, marriage, and relationships. With a venue that hosts over 60 weddings and engagements each year, it's fair to say we're passionate about love and the life-changing magic that happens when we find our soulmates in this lifetime.

But when a relationship turns violent or abusive, it’s no longer safe or nurturing—for you or your family. We believe there's nothing more heartbreaking than being hurt by the one you trusted most.

**Domestic violence is never acceptable.** It shatters individuals, families, and communities. And while escaping the abuse is a critical first step, the real journey begins with rebuilding: your life, your skills, your sense of safety, and your ability to trust again.

**Raven Collective** is a charity that takes on this work with strength and grace. Steph from Goldfields approached Ivory Pavilion with a vision: to celebrate her exciting 5-year milestone not by making money, but by creating a ticketed event to support her favourite charity. And so, the **Goldfields & Raven Charity Ball** was born!

We're calling on the community to **share, tag, and rally** to make this Ballarat event a success. It costs approximately **$3,000 to support just one woman** through the full Raven Collective program—covering training, employment support, and personal development. It’s a big mission, but together we can make a real difference.
