A ceremony space doesn’t need to be overdone to feel magical. Sometimes all it takes is towering gum trees, soft sunlight filtering through the bushland, warm timber chairs, and a beautifully draped arbour with lush florals to create the perfect setting.
There’s something so special about an outdoor ceremony like this at Riverside Retreat — peaceful, intimate, romantic, and completely unforgettable. The kind of moment where everything feels calm before the celebration begins.

There are weddings that people enjoy… and then there are the weddings people talk about for years afterwards. This is going to be one of those weddings.
From the moment guests walk into a space like this (Riverside Retreat) — warm fairy lighting cascading through the rustic timber beams, soft candlelight flickering across wine barrels and timber tables, and the entire room glowing with atmosphere — they know they’re part of something special. Styling sets the scene and creates the ambience.
Add our incredible roaming food, flowing drinks, amazing music and entertainment from William R Music, and it all comes together to create the absolute best night.

Thank you so much for trusting us with such a special day in your lives. We’re so incredibly happy that everything came together exactly as you imagined — and even more. Hearing that the styling looked like it belonged in a magazine and that guests left full, happy and raving about the food means the world to our entire team.
The atmosphere on the night was honestly electric. We had the most fun working alongside your other vendors and the music was absolutely insane — we were buzzing all night too and definitely didn’t want to leave when pack up time came around!
Thank you again for allowing us to be part of such an incredible celebration and for trusting us to bring your wedding dreams to life. We’ll be talking about this one for a very long time 🖤

We were so incredibly proud to be awarded the region’s Best Wedding Planner & Coordinator this year.

We don’t take that lightly—and we think there’s a reason it resonates.

What a bad planner/coordinator looks like:
• Waiting for problems instead of preventing them
• Leaving vendors and couples to “figure it out on the day”
• Missing timing, flow, and detail because they’re reactive, not prepared
• Being present, but not truly in control of the event

What a good planner/coordinator does:
• Plans deeply so the day feels effortless
• Keeps the entire vendor team aligned and supported
• Notices the small details before they become issues
• Steps in wherever needed—décor, flow, service, logistics—without losing oversight
• Lets the couple actually experience their day instead of managing it
