We are taking a well-deserved break before our crazy end of year workload! Please note our office/showroom closure while we're away. Replies will be slower than usual as we travel to the outback with limited service so please be patient. Our team will handle our workload while we're away for those who have booked events with us.
Those with bookings the 2 weekends after our return, please know that we're already all organised! Everything is already made/created, packed and loaded for us to get straight to work upon our return!
We can't wait to bring all of these events to life when we get back!

Doesn't the dusty blue work famously in The Sails function room at The Waves Sports Club! We were stoked to be a part of their annual Bursary event for the third year in a row. Plans are already in the works for next year and we can't wait to bring it all together again next time. Thanks Karen, for having us once again.

If you're not hanging from a ladder 5m or so in the air, are you even a decorator😎! What a privilege it was to style for the Lindsay Australia Race Day at on the 26th July. So much faith was put in us to reuse the colourful florals from last year but in a completely different way! That ceiling was epic! Fairy lights, foliage, chandeliers, flower balls and silk drapes! I'm sure it's never looked that incredible! Combine with black and white chevron, you can't go wrong! With any luck we'll get to do it all again next year! Thanks for having us again Shanyn!

We were so thrilled to be asked once again to style for The Bundaberg Ability Ball on the 19th July which looked spectacular! It's been a hot minute since we've had a reason to use our black and white flocking sashes and runners so we weren't disappointed when inspo pics featuring these came across our desk! 55 tables for 550 guests - all set up by our team in less than 5 hours. We do hope to be able to do it all again next year!

We were initially skeptical with the idea of bright pink and orange for a colour scheme for the Ladies and Tradies Race Day, but with smart pairings it totally grew on us and now we actually really like it! It suited the occasion so well and combined with the beautiful timber tables that we have and a few bright flowers, was a total hit on the day! Many thanks for having us once again! See you next month for a whole new look!

*Wedding Coordinator*
A day-of wedding coordinator ensures a smooth and stress-free wedding day by managing logistics and overseeing the ex*****on of the couple's plans. They act as the point person for vendors, manage timelines, and handle any issues that arise, allowing the couple to enjoy their special day. The BEST coordinators though are those with across-the-board knowledge and a willingness to get their hands dirty if the occasion calls for it!
We were able to offer Amanda and Tyler a 10 hour "on the day Wedding Coordinator" option. The Ceremony and Reception were in the same location. 9 times out of 10, the ceremony will end, guests will move on, and we'll pack that down tomorrow. However, we watched do their install and they did such a magnificent job of the florals here it seemed a waste to leave them behind. Although it wasn't actually a part of the plan, the call was made to relocate these to the reception on the fly! We moved the barrels and arrangements to the bridal table. Here is a before and after and we think it looked even more epic with the addition. We moved the flowers from the bottom of the arbor to beside the LOVE letters and the hanging jars from the chairs to the LOVE letters. The welcome sign and flowers were also moved to the marquee. Guests could enjoy these all night as a result of the relocation. None of these amazing additions would have occurred if not for on the day wedding coordination!

A couple of weeks ago we were fortunate enough to work on Amanda and Tylers Wedding Day. These guys contracted us as the Wedding Planners and on the day Wedding Coordinators. We love these gigs! We were responsible for bringing together some of the best of the best, industry professionals to create their "A TEAM". It's amazing how stress free a wedding can be when the right vendors can work seamlessly together. Many more posts to come about this day but for now we'd like to say THANK YOU to all of those vendors that made us look SO GOOD! Without you these gigs would not be nearly as successful or fun!
