Bottom tier - caramel mud with salted caramel filling and caramel ganache.

On Sunday we had a magical day celebrating the soon arrival of our grandson. The theme was classic Disney.

This Disney inspired cake and thank you cookies were created under some tougher than normal conditions as we eagerly await our new kitchen.( the count down is on)
Just the same it turned out, even if not perfect, they tasted delicious and everyone had a great day celebrating such a beautiful couple and their first born.

With a few changes thanks to covid, we celebrated our eldest daughters 18th birthday last weekend. A Beautiful young woman, inside and out. Our biggest dreams came true the day you were born, we are truly blessed to have you as our daughter. Such a wonderful milestone to share and many, many more to come.
