Surrounded by Plantations of Macadamia Trees: PineGrove is located at 295 Rosedale Road, Oakwood on the North side of Bundaberg and 10 klms from the GPO. The homestead is situated on 5 acres of established gardens that are graced with tall Hoop Pines, Palms, Moreton Bay Figs and numerous other trees that will welcome you to a cool green and shady garden that is available as a venue for your special occasion.

LOVE is most definitely in the air at In The Grove this week as we prepare to welcome Sarah & Ben for their elegant garden wedding celebration this weekend. 🤍
The gardens are looking simply gorgeous and our signature chandeliers and silks will soon be hoisted into place to create a magical atmosphere beneath the marquee for an unforgettable evening with family and friends.
From the soft florals to the romantic candlelight and lush garden surrounds, every detail is coming together perfectly for what promises to be a truly stunning Bundaberg wedding celebration.
We can’t wait to see these spaces filled with laughter, happy tears and dancing under the lights as Sarah & Ben begin their next chapter together.

There is something incredibly special about an intimate wedding surrounded by the people who matter most.
Cathy & Ian celebrated their marriage with a beautiful garden ceremony beneath Kissing Tree at In The Grove, followed by a relaxed reception filled with warm conversation, grazing table, fairy lights and heartfelt moments shared with family and friends.
Their styling embraced rich autumn inspired florals, soft candlelight and elegant earthy tones that suited the gardens perfectly. From the emotional vows and confetti celebration through to the glowing marquee reception, every part of the day felt personal, relaxed and genuinely joyful.
One of the lovely things about intimate weddings is how much time couples get to truly spend with their guests, no rushing, just meaningful moments together.

🤍 Sometimes it’s not just about the wedding… it’s about showing up when it matters most 🤍
When the bride’s sister called us, we could hear the stress in her voice straight away.
The arbour they had hired had fallen apart and they didn’t know what to do.
While we don’t usually hire out our styling pieces for external locations, this was one of those moments where you simply step in and help. No fuss, no complications, just a solution when it was needed most.
We organised everything quickly, delivered the arbour, and returned later to collect it, allowing the couple to focus on what truly mattered, their wedding day 🤍
And this was the result ✨
A beautiful moment, captured perfectly by Nina Maree, under an arbour that almost didn’t happen.

It’s about people, care, and going the extra mile when it counts.

Paul & Alana were married here with us back in April 2019 and recently they stopped in for a visit while they were in town 🤍
Seeing our couples return years later is something truly special. What began as a wedding day becomes part of a much bigger story, one that continues long after the last dance.
From their beautiful wedding day to this relaxed catch up under Kissing Tree, where they were married, it’s a reminder of why we do what we do… creating a place that always feels like home 🌿

From the moment Charlene stepped into the gardens, surrounded by lush greenery and her closest loved ones, their day unfolded with effortless beauty and genuine emotion 🤍
Their ceremony was filled with joy, and that magical confetti moment as they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife… pure happiness captured perfectly.
Their colour palette of royal blue and soft sage flowed seamlessly throughout the day, from the bridesmaids and florals through to the reception styling, creating a look that was both elegant and timeless.
Guests then moved into a relaxed cocktail hour, gathering around a beautifully styled grazing table, before the celebration continued inside the marquee under thousands of fairy lights ✨
As the evening came alive, the energy shifted to laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments shared with family and friends, the perfect ending to a truly beautiful day.
