Living away from home and family, craving my mother's cooking and our traditional Middle Eastern food was why I was motivated and encouraged to learn how to cook. There, the journey with food began. I started trying different recipes, reading cooking books, watching TV shows, and learning from family members and friends. With time, I realised that the positive reaction to my cooking from my kids a

nd close friends was so fulfilling. I started my catering business in 2019 in Rockhampton, QLD which was a huge success. I love sharing and spreading the love of Middle Eastern cuisine with everybody and because food plays a massive part in our lives that's why I decided to bring the business with me when my husband and I moved to Bunbury, WA earlier this year. I am beyond excited to share this beautiful cuisine with you.
