Fun fact🤩: Unlike regular kale, ornamental kale is bred for beauty, not taste, but it’s still technically edible! (Can’t say we would recommend 😂)

Fun fact🤩: Its name comes from the Greek
word gypsos, meaning “chalk,” because it naturally grows in soil rich in calcium.
