Farfalla Interiors and Events Interior Design and Event Management Farfalla Interiors and Events was born out of my love of both of these areas.

I’ve had a passion for Interior Design since a very young age, and spent my teen years and early 20’s redesigning my own spaces every few months. I was always helping family and friends with their homes and eventually started my own small Interior Design Consulting business prior to working in management consulting. After working in project management, I eventually moved into event management and

worked at Suncorp Stadium for Spotless, as the Functions Co-ordinator. After leaving Spotless to have my son, I continued my passion for both interior design and event management, helping friends, family, and the community, and working on my own home and projects. I was in my element when my son’s birthday came around every year, and invested months into planning and creating, resulting in his parties always being a huge hit with his friends. Over the past 10 years I have been heavily involved in organising many large and varied events, as well as some beautiful interior spaces. Some of the events include large birthday parties, weddings, seminars, trivia events, cent auctions, a gala ball, a semi-formal for year 11's when the school cancelled theirs, and have given many hours of my time to organising large fundraisers. I have also created some amazing interiors, both for others, and for my own projects. During the past 10 years, my husband and myself have been involved in property development, selling off the last of our properties in 2022. My son is now in his second year at uni, so the time seemed perfect to combine my two loves, and re-launch my business. I am very passionate about working with people to help them achieve a better quality of life through loving where they live, and celebrating special times and making wonderful memories so they can love where they play.

Hello everyone. I would love to invite you all to the very first Farfalla "Sip and Style” workshop. Please join us on the 11th September at The Coffee Club, Orion, where you will make a beautiful decorative floral lantern to take home. There will be a variety of colours and styles of floral and greenery including some earthy choices for a more forest feel. Price of $95 includes a meal and a glass of wine or softdrink, lantern, flowers and greenery, plus all the consumables required to complete your creation. You will be given step by step guidance on how to create and style your lantern. It will be a great evening of fun and creativity, and a great excuse to grab your girlfriends and come along. I look forward to seeing you there and celebrating some “us" time.

The lovely Jess celebrated her Babee Shower at Orion Hotel. She and hubby don’t know the s*x so this was the perfect backdrop for a gender neutral event.

I have had so many enquiries about balloon garlands and backdrops, I have decided to include these in our offerings. We have a lot of new event gear arriving and will be creating some amazing balloon garland backdrops over the next couple of months. You can order to suit any occasion and we will also have some themed ones for baby showers, kids parties such as mermaid, racing car, bee theme, outer space, candy, ice creams, donuts plus, many more. Yesterday the amazing new Mater Public Hospital opened in Springfield. We were lucky to have had a tour of this facility before it opened about 5 weeks ago, thanks to the Greater Springfield Chamber Of Commerce. It’s a beautiful new facility with so many amazing features to help patients feel prioritised, such as the size of the rooms, maternity, and the outdoor area for ICU patients, where they have a private deck with all of the necessary requirements installed so they can comfortably spend some time in the fresh air. What a fabulous consideration and what a fabulous facility. We are very lucky.
