The brief: A magical fairy-inspired grazing table for a first birthday.

Created with a mix of savoury favourites, fresh fruit and sweet treats, with plenty for both the kids and adults to enjoy.

I loved bringing this themed setup to life and creating something that looked beautiful while still feeling generous, practical and full of variety.

One of my favourite ways to find inspiration is by visiting local markets.

Today I explored Eumundi Markets, tried some amazing local food, discovered unique products and picked up a few ideas that just might make their way into future Bonnie & Brie events.

There’s something special about supporting small businesses while finding inspiration for your own.

My first Top Out Ceremony.

Catering at an active construction site came with a whole new set of logistics, but seeing everything come together made every challenge completely worth it.

It was such a privilege to have Bonnie & Brie be part of this incredible celebration for Nazero at La Mer Gold Coast, working alongside so many talented suppliers.

Every new opportunity pushes me outside my comfort zone, teaches me something new, and reminds me how far this little business has come.

Here’s to many more firsts.
