Imagine this…… A mum came along to her first catch-up recently and said she nearly didn’t come.

She didn’t know anyone.
She wasn’t sure what it would be like.
She almost talked herself out of it.
But she came anyway.

And by the end, she’d had real conversations, exchanged numbers, and said it was the first time in a long time she’d done something just for herself.

Sometimes it’s not about the event itself - it’s about what happens when you decide to show up.
