A show inspired by Blue Man Group, Stomp, and GEAR non-verbal - a core theme of the show is to create something that is sincere but not too serious, it’s also about working the power of working together to create something greater than ourselves, not despite our differences, but instead because of them.

A traditional parade led the starting of Brisbane Thai Festival 2026 through the heart of King George Square.

Here we see the harmonious march among Thais between all generations, showcasing their traditional musical instruments, glamorous cultural attire, and the pride of their national heritage.

A few extra shots from everyone’s local favorite at Springwood

One of the special moments while filming The Thai Orchid 40th Anniversary was seeing Kru Pla Peranya Visitchantaragoon performing live at the event.

Kru Pla, Peranya Visitchantaragoon, is an international award-winning Thai classical musician and educator, and best known for her collab work with composer Cristobal Tapia de Veer in creating the traditional Thai score and theme introduction for HBO’s The White Lotus (Season 3) which is half of our team’s favorite TV show.

We tried our best not to be fanboying too much but it was such a pleasure to be capturing a wonderful celebration for The Thai Orchid while having one of Brisbane’s most important musical figures performing exclusively close by.
