🌹MAMA’S PLACE ANNOUNCEMENT🌹

🥹 Well my friends, It comes with a heavy heart to announce that the journey of Mamas Place has come to an end 🥺 our doors will officially close end of day Friday 10th of March.. After over 5 years of operation disrupted by a global pandemic (who knew that would ever happen 🤦🏻‍♀️) and unbelievable inflation in regards to stock and utilities we can say we survived as a business, but as a mother daughter duo ran cafe we must know when to raise the white flag 🏳️. I’d like to thank our regulars, Facebook following and landlords for standing with us during our first attempt in the demanding but even more rewarding industry we all know and refer to as hospitality. Since December 2017 Mama & I have poured everything we had into our little cafe, blood, burns, sweat and tears, but we wouldn’t have had it any other way because the laughs and the love we have witnessed under this roof will always overcome those minor inconveniences. We have had the pure pleasure of meeting and befriending so many amazing people here in our Springwood community and would like to send a massive THANK YOU to every single one of you 🥹 please understand when I say that this was a very difficult decision to make, Mama’s place has become a place of many wonderful memories for Mama and I but I hope for many of our visitors as well, we have celebrated together, we have cried together and if we have been lucky then together we have done both 🤭! I please ask of everybody to be kind to us during our wrapping up stage, both Mama and I are a little sensitive about letting go, but we will get to forever cherish these past 5 years and all of the people we have met from around the world, near and far, for the rest of our lives! 🥰

🎄Today will be the last day for Mama’s Place for 2022! So if you are after any yummies for the festive season come and see us 🥰!! Orders placed for Christmas are to be collected tomorrow between 10 and 11 please 🥰!! We will be back in the new year January 9th to begin the next adventure 2023 will bring!! Wishing everyone a blessed Christmas, happy new year and holidays hopefully 🤞🏼 filled with much rest❤️🎄
