This week, we headed to the Sunshine Coast for an educational day from Troy at Maleny Ridge Flower Farm and Harold and Stephanie from Premium Greens.

A change of scenery, plenty to learn, and a great opportunity to support our local farmers who provide us day in and day out with the goods 🌸

The Long Stemmed Bouquet. Just one of the 60+ Practical lessons and assessments covered in the Certificate III in Floristry.

Learning to make a bouquet is one thing; developing the knowledge, technique and confidence to create a wide variety of professional floral arrangements is another. Our students build their skills through hands-on experience across many different designs, allowing them to develop a much deeper understanding of what’s expected in the floristry industry.

We have our popular night course kicking off in 6 weeks and filling fast! This course offers the best learning structure for those who can’t just hit pause on life. Become a qualified florist by the end of 2027, all while maintaining your usual 9-5.

Tuesday evenings 6pm-9pm and 12 Saturdays across the duration of the course.

What a wonderful start to our Floral Taster Course! Last Saturday, our students learned how to create a beautiful hand-tied bouquet and a front facing vase arrangement. We can’t wait to see everyone back again tomorrow as we continue their floral journey. 🌸
