I feel like this classic colour palette can be whatever you want it to be, and I’m finding myself becoming more excited to create with it these days. Quite the contrast to my usual obsession with bold colour!

Let’s backtrack 7 years ago to where Wildplay Flora was born-Camperdown in Sydney. This was my first ever branding shoot in preparation for my website and portfolio, shot by the beautiful and talented
I was preparing a move to the Gold Coast, naively thinking I was going to take the hotel scene there by storm with my unique weekly arrangements. It turns out that no one wanted to deviate from their plastic flowers. All good, Plan B was set in motion and before I knew it, I had 4 fashion retail businesses subscribe for the weekly service and 8 weddings booked through word-of-mouth. Then COVID hit and I lost each of those jobs within a week, pretty sad stuff!
A LOT of business ups and downs were experienced in the following years but now I can confidently say that I am so happy with where Wildplay Flora is now.
We now devote 100% of our floral passion towards weddings and events in South-East Queensland for the most incredible clients and we wouldn’t change any of it, including the hard times to get here. Little did I know during that shoot that Wildplay would still be around today, and I am so grateful to each client who has entrusted us with their big moments in life in making that happen ❤️
