Chez Nous Catering is seeking an experienced and confident Catering & Events Supervisor to join our well-respected and growing events team ⭐ This role includes supervising events both off-site and on-site at our flagship venue, 🤍
This is a casual position offering flexible hours, with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts 🗓️
✨ About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced event environments and takes pride in delivering seamless, polished service 🍾⭐
You will be responsible for:
⭐ Supervising Chez Nous Catering events on the floor, both off-site and at The Joinery West End
⭐ Ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high standards
⭐ Overseeing event set-ups and pack-downs
⭐ Staff allocation, planning and rostering
⭐ Coordinating team briefings and leading service delivery
⭐ Acting as the key point of contact during events
⭐ Maintaining strong communication between kitchen, front of house, venue teams and clients
👏 About You
You are an experienced hospitality professional who:
⭐ Has previous experience in catering or events supervision (essential)
⭐ Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills
⭐ Works well within a team while also being highly autonomous
⭐ Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure
⭐ Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Is available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
