Chairs at equal distance
The umbrellas mirrored.
Placemats measured.
Glasses centred.
Every vase and candle balanced.

And that’s just the final minutes.

Behind every picnic are hours of planning, packing, loading, driving, unpacking…
and checking the list one more time because forgetting one thing can change everything.

And yes… sometimes we forget something.

That’s when creativity kicks in.

You see the glamour. I see the 5am flower mission. 🌸

Before 300 fabulous women arrived at the Women in Fashion Long Lunch… there was a LOT happening behind the scenes.

🌸 Early morning flower collection — in the dark.
Pink snapdragons collected, transported, trimmed and prepped.

🫙 30 vases.
And yes… every single one filled to exactly the same height.

Because apparently flowers have a dress code too.

🎀 100 metres of pink tulle.
Wrapped, styled and transformed into dreamy table runners.

☂️ The floral umbrella.
Because why simply put flowers on an umbrella when you can put them under it?

Pink florals cascading underneath in different hues — a little unexpected, a little whimsical and very much Soirée creativity.

Then came one of my favourite details…

“You belong at a soirée.”

Handwritten onto the mirror.

Because in an era of AI, automation and everything being perfectly generated…

the human touch is gold.

And then… I remembered I was actually attending the event too.

So naturally, I had to solve the REALLY important problem:

What am I wearing?

It had to be comfortable enough for flower deliveries, styling and set-up…

Match my pink design…

Work with my gold runners while I was setting up…

…and then transform beautifully with gold heels once the event started.

Enter my limited edition Flight of the Flamingo by CAMILLA. 🦩✨

The dress understood the assignment.

From event stylist → event guest without missing a beat.

Because that’s the thing about Soirée…

We obsess over the details you notice…

An afternoon where COLOUR met CREATIVITY, FASHION met CONNECTION and inspiration was everywhere. ✨

What happens when you bring together fashion designers, stylists, photographers, models, creatives, entrepreneurs and industry leaders?

Magic. 🥂💕💫

The Women in Fashion Awards 2026 was an afternoon filled with colour, fashion, inspiration and some seriously inspiring people — sharing fashion trends, ideas and stories over bubbly, conversations and plenty of networking.

And we were absolutely thrilled to be part of it. 💕

Wearing a limited edition Flight of Flamingo print from Australian designer Camilla to match our floral installation


For Picnic Soiree, it was a little different from our usual luxury picnic styling…

We created a bespoke floral installation backdrop especially for the event, bringing colour, texture and that signature Soiree touch to the celebration. The entrance was decorated with our circular floral arch decorated with bougainvillea, pink tulle table runners,fresh Snapdragons adorned the tables in minimalist style as per brief 🌸
