There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before the first festival-goer arrives. 🌸✨

For last year’s Goodna Jacaranda Festival, our team handled the planning and coordination, bringing together local vendors, entertainment, family activities and all the logistics needed to make the weekend run smoothly.

From the initial planning through to event day, there were plenty of moving parts to coordinate, but seeing it all come together under the jacarandas made every bit of preparation worthwhile. 💜

Here’s a little look back at last year's festival.

Jacaranda season is nearly here, and we’re looking back at a pretty special weekend from last year. 🌸💜

The Goodna Jacaranda Festival brought the community together for a weekend filled with live entertainment, local vendors, family activities and, of course, plenty of beautiful purple blooms.

After months of planning and preparation, it was fantastic to see the festival come to life and the community out enjoying everything the weekend had to offer.

We loved being part of such a vibrant community event and helping bring another Goodna Jacaranda Festival to life. ✨

The details that brought the River Fire experience together. ✨

For the SKYE by Pikos x Ferrari River Fire event, we created an elevated setting for 75 guests, with styling that brought together.

White and red florals, branded styling and carefully selected furniture helped set the scene, with each element adding to the overall look and feel of the space.

From the styling and branding through to the luxury catering, entertainment and guest experience, every detail was considered to create a special evening for our guests.

And with River Fire lighting up the sky, the setting couldn't have been more perfect. 🎆

✨ River Fire from the best view in Brisbane.

We recently helped bring the Pikos x Ferrari River Fire event to life, welcoming guests for an exclusive evening overlooking the Brisbane skyline.

The evening was all about showcasing SKYE while creating a memorable experience for guests, with luxury catering, fresh oysters, canapés, drinks and live entertainment setting the scene.

As the sun went down, guests settled in to enjoy River Fire from an incredible rooftop setting, with the fireworks providing the perfect finale to the evening. 🎆

A beautiful night of good food, great company and one very impressive view.

A moment worth celebrating. ✨

There’s something special about seeing all the planning come together for a moment like this.

From the styling and furnishing the stunning rooftop to the oyster bar, entertainment, branding and all the little details in between, we made sure every element came together to create an experience that felt worthy of the occasion.

And of course, the ribbon cutting was the perfect moment to officially mark the start of this next chapter. 🥂

It was all in the details. ✨

For the SKYE launch, we transformed the rooftop into an elegant setting for an evening of celebration, with neutral tones, cocktail tables and loungers creating a relaxed atmosphere overlooking Brisbane.

The kitchen island became the centrepiece bar, while branded cocktail napkins and discs, a custom media wall, AV, greeters and an oyster bar added those finishing touches that brought the experience together.

Every detail was considered to create a seamless guest experience and a special way to celebrate the completion of SKYE. 🥂

A new chapter for SKYE. ✨

We recently helped celebrate the completion of this incredible new building in Kangaroo Point with a rooftop launch overlooking Brisbane.

The evening brought together stakeholders, guests, friends, family and staff to mark the milestone, with a fully furnished penthouse, oyster bar, catering, entertainment and a keynote from the Deputy Premier.

A beautiful space, a special milestone and a night worth celebrating. 🥂

“Failing to plan is planning to fail” and when it comes to events, this couldn’t be more true! 📋✨

Behind every successful event is a solid plan, plenty of preparation and a team ready to bring it all to life.

From the big ideas right through to the smallest details, we love getting stuck into the planning process and making sure all the pieces come together.
