Happy New Year everyone, from the Maldives! 🥳

There have been many ‘pinch me’ moments for me in 2023, from looking around the office at the insanely amazing team our Company gets to work with every day, to watching all our new performance innovations come together and launch, to performing with the most talented and gorgeous bunch of musos, to securing international bookings and presenting the largest booking our Company has ever made, to meeting and connecting so well with incredible new clients. But I have to say that performing on the Maldives for New Year’s Eve was the biggest ‘pinch me’ of them all. Personally, professionally as a singer, and professionally as the Director of Redtie Entertainment who looked after all the music at Amilla between 23rd December to 3rd January, this has been THE milestone. Allllll the hard work in all the realms is coming together and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Universe. ❤️

Ok! This post is not so much related to my goings on as a Celebrant but it’s a proud moment so I thought I’d share. Alongside Celebrant-ing, I direct 5 businesses which are all in the entertainment industry. We operate out of our office and studio in Upper Coomera which is where all businesses have been based for a little over a year. They’re the reason I have not been posting as much as I should to this page!! Between them all, I work approx. 84hrs per day. But I LOVEEEE it all. And I give 100% to every single client - whether it be my beautiful couples or my corporate clients. 🤩

My company won this award on Wednesday, for Hospitality, Tourism and Events and we are so humbled and grateful! Thank you thank you !

We really are constantly working to bring new, innovative ideas to our clients and industry, and advocate for the best conditions for all our talent, and so to be recognised as doing a good job makes us all very happy. Pouring our hearts and souls into every little thing we do makes an award like this so special and we want to dedicate this one to our incredible office team and beautifully talented Performers who never cease to amaze us. ❤️

I adore bring a Celebrant! And I aim well above the bar when it comes to creating an incredible experience for my treasured couples. So you can imagine how disheartening it was today to receive this 2 star bad review from someone I have never met, talked to on the phone, had email contact with or officiated the marriage of. As someone who pours my heart and soul into every experience for my clients, from the first meeting to ceremony and beyond, to have this bogus review makes me so sad. I’ve reported it to google but apparently it doesn’t violate any policies so they will not take this down. Even alongside every other review I have (all of which are 5 star), and even with the review not making any sense, they will not remove it.

So what am I to do? And what are all business owners to do when apparently anyone can leave any sort of review they like? One of the first things we do, as consumers, when contemplating booking a service, is read the reviews. And how would a prospective client identify this review as being bogus? Now my reputation is tarnished and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I just don’t understand! What does this person want? 🥺

Loretta & Doug (24.3.23) are avid fans of Kath & Kim and so this is a moment captured by , when us foxy morons were having a bit of fun K & K banter. A very relaxed, fun, vibrant Wedding this one - perfectly reflective of Loretta & Doug. Did I mention I love what I do? 🥰

You know, it’s always such a lovely treat to work with my hubby, Leo, on a Wedding and this one was absolutely gorgeous! ❤️

We had the pleasure and honour of providing our services as Celebrant, MC and Photo Booth for Kelsey & Josh on 21st April, and it was simply a fabulous day and night. What a couple these two are - as beautiful inside as out - and BOY did their guests know how to have a good time! Many laughs were had, MANY photos were taken and alll the memories were made. We couldn’t be happier for Kelsey & Josh and feel so privileged to have been a part of their super fun Wedding! ❤️☀️
