Okay, we know. We’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

But in our defence… wedding season is in FULL SWING and our arms are simply too sore to post from shaking approximately 47 million Margies.

While Instagram’s been neglected, the bars have been anything but.

We’ve been loading vans, icing eskies, slicing limes, shaking tins, pouring beers and watching a whole lot of bloody lovely people get married.

So yes, we’re still here. We’re just somewhere behind a bar with a cocktail shaker in each hand.

Wedding season, you beautiful menace. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

If I was getting married in 2027, these are the 3 signature cocktails I’m putting on the menu. No boring drinks allowed.

One fresh. One spicy. One dangerously drinkable. That’s a wedding cocktail menu we can get behind.

JUICY FRUIT HIBISCUS SOUR
 Vodka, hibiscus, blueberry, pineapple, lemon + foamer
 Fresh, fruity, a little floral and an absolute weapon in the looks department.

MANGO NUMBER 5
 1800 Coconut Tequila, Cointreau, mango, lime + jalapeño syrup Tropical, juicy, spicy.

The cocktail you order once and then accidentally drink for the rest of the night.

PEEL GOOD INC
 Spiced rum, Licor 43, banana liqueur, espresso + maple syrup
 The late-night operator. Rich, boozy, caffeinated and basically an Espresso Martini that decided to have more fun.
