We did another extended taco station today for our amigos at Market Lane. What a great way to celebrate the end of financial year. Slow cooked meats with Mexican rice, frijoles, warm tortillas, fresh salsas and our famous guacamole. The cups of Esquites were a big hit as well. Book us now for your next staff lunch.

We had the honour of catering a lunch for the Philippine men’s national basketball team on Friday. They absolutely loved our taco station and had a three meat option with tinga de pollo, al pastor and the very popular beef barbacoa. They were refuelled, energised and ready to go back to training. Thanks again for having us.

How good does this elevated taco station look! This was a wedding we catered last week and what a gorgeous couple 💚🧡 We tailored a package to suit their needs with an hour of canapés followed by an extended tacos station with juicy barbacoa of beef, soft pollo asada, frijoles, delicious arroz mexicana and black beans stewed slowly with tomato and jalapeno. As always this was served with warm corn tortillas, fresh salsas and a pile of our famous guacamole. You’ll see some cheeky Esquites at the end. Mexican street corn in cups is always a crowd favourite.

What a great combination our taco station is with the add on of a grazing table. Fresh salsas, refried chipotle black beans and esquites. Bowls of our famous guacamole, pico de gallo and corn chips around the room. All served with our delicious tacos. This set up was for a hen’s afternoon we did a few weeks ago for the gorgeous Yaz.

Catered a family birthday party on the roof top of the pink hotel in Coolangatta on Saturday evening. What a lovely bunch 💚💚 Our taco station went down a treat with the adults and chicken milenesa con papas for the little amigos.

No kitchen? No problemo. We can set up this taco station without a kitchen. How good does this look? We catered a work Christmas lunch for this lovely team on Thursday. With Beef barbacoa, Al Pastor and spicy potatoes. All served with warm corn tortillas, fresh homemade salsas and of course guacamole and corn chips.
