What a great combination our taco station is with the add on of a grazing table. Fresh salsas, refried chipotle black beans and esquites. Bowls of our famous guacamole, pico de gallo and corn chips around the room. All served with our delicious tacos. This set up was for a hen’s afternoon we did a few weeks ago for the gorgeous Yaz.

Catered a family birthday party on the roof top of the pink hotel in Coolangatta on Saturday evening. What a lovely bunch 💚💚 Our taco station went down a treat with the adults and chicken milenesa con papas for the little amigos.

These juicy morsels were literally inhaled on Saturday. 8 hour slow cooked pork marinated in traditional flavours of citrus and achiote. Wrapped carefully with love in banana leaves like an early Christmas present. Served as always on a warm corn tortilla from our friends at and topped with lime and habanero pickled onion slices.
