This October marks 20 years of Earth Frequency Festival. As we look back on the past two decades, the next chapter of our journey is also beginning, with a massive lineup to remember.

From our humble roots, to an expanding diverse festival culture, we have built something totally unique and wonderful, and it’s time to come together to celebrate.

We’re honoured to share this first installment of our 2025 music program. It brings together a wide range of sonic expression, showcasing the incredible depth of talent in both our local and global music communities. There’s so much more to come, but for now, dive in and explore this first wave!

But mostly Im just missing looking the door monster in the face.
Been asked how Ive been doing a lot lately, & heaps appreciate the care and concerned reach outs, but thought it best to post up a update, because it's been months since I've put anything up here.
Went for my first physio appointment on the ol' open fractures yesterday and they've got me doing a bunch of new leg exercises, tho still not any weight baring they were stoked with the progress, now a month since surgery.. I had to stop smoking to hopefully help recover quicker a couple weeks ago which has been fairly hard, but I've got there! Whittled it away, Down to zero ci******es the last three days! Massive headaches, but all good things are challenging!
Been reading The manual and now Tao of Wu, Watching way to much series streaming; Some good, most sleepers.
Organising for my back tattoo to get completed finally.. because when life is pain, inflict more!
Recently been looking into other exciting career opportunities outside of events sector and Im gonna get into rope access as soon as I can physically take the IRATA course because it just tickles a lot of boxes I want from a day job and also can benefit me back in "how good are gigs" territory, when they become good again.

But mostly Im just missing looking the door monster in the face and jumping anyway.

39 ay, What a life it's turned out to be!
I have this nostalgic back to the future type moment most birthdays, this self reflective segment of the day where I'm forced to take a look back on the years contribution to the life it's been and this morning seems more prominently posted up in my head than any previously! And the take away so far has been "f^ck I'm grateful I decided to stay!" Few of even my closest know of the struggle of lil morgz, 13-17 (darkest era of my exist) and the constant battle of "do I stay or do I go" that lil dude was on. A deeply downward trend constantly excusing his sh°t decisions with "I won't make it past 21" or some such negatively geared message. It wasn't till I started working with staging dept of QPAC at 17 and then All Access Crewing at 18 that I truly felt I'd found my place, and was meeting my people who would go on to become tribesmen and women.
Living this life in the music really made for a beautiful ride, and all this covid lockdown and beyond backlash on the events sector has just stood to remind me of how much I truly love my life's work.
Life's hard, finding something to live for ain't easy! But find it, and make it your everyday!
I'm so stoked I decided to stay.
