At this stage we have almost 200 girls + parents coming. It’s going to be nice and full, very exciting!

We’ve done our very very best to put together a playlist of Taylor songs that doesn’t contain explicit language, however as you know some Taylor songs have some adult themes, that’s something we can’t avoid.

I’m feeling SO EXCITED to offer you this program after I’ve brought my next babe into the world this winter. I’ve been wanting to find a way to extend the reach of Stardust Squad, and ways in which the support and inspiration we provide can be deeper, even more impactful.
Now we’ll have a multi-generation approach, and that feels really exciting!

Please note group numbers may actually be up to 20, that’s something I’m still playing with.

Lock the 26th April into your calendar!

I know for so many of us (our house included) there has been A LOT of disappointed talk about missing out on tickets and not being able to see Taylor Swift. And while this won’t necessarily recreate that experience for them, it does give our girls an evening to remember, with glitter and dancing and fun. Plus, means we get to dress up and join in too 😉

This event is aimed at 5-13 years, but if you have a kinder aged girl or teen that would like to come along, they are more than welcome, as long as they have an adult present.

Woah, 2023! 🎢

We started off the year so strong, so positive, so excited. Loving family time + making memories.
We camped heaps, welcomed a new niece, we fell in love with The Matilda’s + the girls discovered soccer, I did some of the coolest work I’ve ever done, I married heaps of cool people, and I created Dance Dance Dopamine. Then I created The Stardust Squad, my most favourite favourite job I’ve ever had.

We marked the middle of the year with a trip of a lifetime, taking my mum to Northern Ireland and soaking up more precious family time, adventuring and living our best lives.

And then we came home and the second half of the year shook us. The stress of perhaps too much work, lots of sickness, a bushfire and then our unfinished home which almost broke us.

2023 seemed to draaag.

I just kept repeating, “I need to bring joy, I need to create joy”, and my big aim for the summer was a slow simple one in our own house, growing a huge amount of tomatoes in our garden. I needed to pair it right back to basics.

We eventually moved home. More hectic times. I planted my veggie patch. I grew the tomatoes. I brought as much joy as I could muster. We had Christmas in our own space!

And then after all that we were gifted a wee surprise to welcome us home 🥰

I’m sorry if you’re in my life and you felt like I’ve completely disappeared of the face of the earth. I have 🤣 Moving home, juggling my weddings + feeling very very average has been tough. Here’s to 2024 bringing more energy, and a whole lot of joy! (And tomatoes!)

DANCE DANCE DOPAMINE

Do you have a free Friday evening tomorrow? Want to do something FUN, healthy, liberating and get a workout and hit of dopamine at the same time? If you can make it to Traf by 7.30pm, then you simply must join me, 30 other women, Evie Wilson - Marriage Celebrant + Mindset Coach & Dj Nige. to get our groove on at the award winning event Dance Dance Dopamine.

There is still time folks. You can still buy tickets from the website www.the creative wellness.studio BUT if you are not sure if you will make it or not but do make a last minute decision to come, we will accept walk ins so bring your $35 cash to the door before at 7.20 so I can grab some details and come on in. Over 18 and women only.

For those that have purchased tickets already, here are some tips for you:

* Feel free to wear your active wear. You will get HOT under the collar so make sure you are wearing something comfy and light - wear layers if you wish because it is going to get warm during our 1.5 hours of dancing. It ain't no fashion parade so just come on as you are but make sure it's light and comfy.

* Wear your comfy dancing shoes. Sneakers if you wish or you are welcome to come bare foot - what ever is the comfiest.

* Bring a full water bottle. I will have a refill station for you but make sure it is full to start with.

* Bring your open mind and fun attitude.

Such exciting news to get in my inbox!!

I have been named as a finalist in the coaching awards for event of the year with DANCE DANCE DOPAMINE! 🪩

So absolutely thrilled to have our events from our tiny part of the world recognised in these international awards. Rural events can make big waves!

Thank you to the 130+ women who have attended these events, for believing in the dream I had for us. And of course for for bringing the beats!

Thank you and the whole BY team, cannot wait to celebrate everyone + their incredible work next year at the awards night. Time to get frocked up!! Yewww!
