Thank you for a sellout night for Pizza Night in Briagolong.

Whoa what a night.

Thanks to all those that patiently waited, and adapted their pizzas as we ran out of everything.

Time to buy a second pizza oven I think.

Please feel free to comment any feedback so we can be bigger better and faster next time.

Starting from 5pm Friday night!

Ok Briagolong.
As requested, we are back on Friday Afternoon again for PIZZA NIGHT!!!

Last time was a hell of a wild ride, but by all reports the pizzas were very much enjoyed.

We were 19 pizzas sold before the van left the driveway. This led to a couple of delays and sadly one or two people were ‘forced’ to stay at the pub for another beer before picking up their pizzas.

From 5pm ish, the van will be there. Pizzas will be available. But we will be in full swing with the arrival of the boss at about 6…

Strong communities start in shared spaces and shared moments. Neighbourhood Houses are essential for fostering those moments and connections. Every week, 185,000 people access Neighbourhood Houses in Victoria for resilience, friendship, wellbeing, learning, inclusion, and connection.

Neighbourhood Houses have faced rising costs, increasing community need and an erosion of core funding. Our funding no longer covers staff wages, let alone operational costs. Around half of all Neighbourhood Houses in Victoria are running at a loss. This cannot continue.

We are asking Ros Spence MP and the Victorian Government to urgently restore funding to historical levels through a 25% increase, allowing Neighbourhood Houses to continue providing communities with essential support and connection.
