From unloading the car and getting the bell tent up, to positioning every cushion, smoothing every throw and making sure all the little details feel just right — this is the behind-the-scenes part you don’t always get to see.

Each setup starts as a blank space and slowly comes together piece by piece until it becomes somewhere that feels really special. 🤍

It’s a little bit of hard work, a lot of attention to detail… and one of our favourite parts of what we do.

This is the behind-the-scenes part of Boho & Ivy — taking an empty space and slowly turning it into something really special.

Every cushion, rug, blanket and finishing touch is placed with care so that when you arrive, all you have to do is walk in, enjoy it and make memories. 🤍

It might look effortless in the final photos, but there’s a whole lot happening before the magic is ready.

And honestly? We love this part just as much as the finished result. ⛺✨

We arrive and create the whole setup — individual tents, cosy bedding, cushions, fairy lights and all those beautiful little details that make walking into the room feel extra special.

Then when the party’s over? We come back and pack it all away again.

All you need to do is invite their favourite people, sort the snacks and enjoy the excitement.
