RAFFLE PRIZES UPDATE!!

Today is the day at the MVH, we’re doing our bit for something that matters deeply. From 2–5pm, join us for raffles to raise funds and awareness for the Whitsundays Su***de Prevention Network, because out here, looking after each other isn’t just nice, it’s necessary.

Our first one kicks off today, August 16. Come down, bring a mate, the family, or a few good friends. Grab a cold beer and tuck into our $12 ½ dozen buckets of oysters.

All raffle proceeds go directly to support su***de prevention in our region.
Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5
- 1st Prize $100 meat voucher from Bowen Meats
- 2nd Prize $60 Dinner for 2 Merinda Village hotel Voucher
- 3rd Prize $40 Merinda Village Drink voucher
- 4th Prize $20 Merinda Village Drink voucher
Maybe even be a couple of extra lucky door prizes!

Merinda Village Hotel

Merinda Village Hotel is situated at Merinda, near Bowen, located on the North East Coast of Queensland in the Whitsunday region. With untouched beaches, beautiful bays and tropical climate, averaging 8 hours of sunshine daily, it could claim to be the best climate in Queensland. There are many attractions in Bowen including The Big Mango, Bowen Water Park and Recreational area on Bowen’s Foreshore, the Summergarden Theatre at Queens Beach and snorkelling at Grays Bay and Horseshoe Bay. Bowen has several Primary Industries including agriculture, fishing, tourism and Abbot Point Coal terminal situated 25 kms North of Bowen.

Merinda Village Hotels is perfectly placed to cater to the opportunities arising from the existing Abbott Point terminal operation and also future expansion. The Bar and separate Bistro, Conference & Function Centre accommodates for work and community function/weddings.

We have 48 air-conditioned rooms fully equipped with double bed, latex mattress, en-suite, HD & DVD TV & bar fridge you can rest in comfort. Hotspot wireless internet service is also readily available in your room and there is plenty of parking and on site laundry facilities.
