September at The Stables | Harvest Table

Spring has arrived, and with it, a new menu at The Stables.

Harvest Table is our September offering, inspired by the season’s produce and the simple pleasure of gathering around the table. Expect generous, comforting flavours with a fresh spring influence, from our Spring Orchard Chicken with apricot, almond and citrus ginger glaze, to Mediterranean Lamb Garden, Spring Garden Risotto, fresh Fisherman’s Harvest and The Stables Scotch Fillet.

A menu designed for lingering lunches, good conversation and time spent with those who matter most.

This September, a new season arrives at The Stables.

Harvest Table is our celebration of spring, a menu shaped by the season’s finest produce, thoughtful cooking and the simple pleasure of gathering around the table.

Our chefs are currently putting the finishing touches on September’s menu, bringing together fresh local ingredients, generous flavours and dishes created to be shared and savoured.

Father’s Day doesn’t have to end on Sunday.

This September, we’re inviting Dad into the brewery for an afternoon spent learning the craft behind the pour.

Join our Head Brewer, Stu, for a four-hour brewing workshop at The Stables, taking you behind the scenes of the brewing process and sharing a little of the knowledge, technique and craft that goes into every beer.

Your afternoon also includes a main meal and a Stables gift bag to take home.

Our Father’s Day lunch has officially reached capacity.

Thank you to everyone who has reserved a table with us for Sunday 6 September. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to The Stables for a beautiful afternoon together.

If you missed out, our Father’s Day waitlist is now open, and we’ll be in touch should a table become available.

Alternatively, we still have plenty of availability throughout September for those wanting to gather the family and enjoy a Sunday lunch at The Stables.
