What do Event Organizers do?

Well the Google definition of an Event Manager is… “Event management is the application of project management to the creation and development of small and/or large-scale personal or corporate events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions.”

In a nut shell is very accurate. In more depth we’re the people on the side lines ensuring your vision of your event, whether it be a surprise birthday party, corporate retreat or the fairy tail wedding that you’ve dreamed of since you were a little girl. We’re the people that let the vendors in, set the tables up and make sure everything is picture perfect.

Life can get very busy, even without a wedding or a function to plan. By hiring an event organizer you don’t have to worry about anything on the day. We spend the time finding the best vendors that fit whatever your budget is. We take the stress out of your day and are happy to do as little or as much as you require.
