I had the privilege of catering for our QLD Governor, Dr Jeannette Young on Sunday at Mitchell Grass Retreat.

The morning was well attended by the Longreach community and also from our surrounding towns as well.

Hands down one of the most fun, low-stress weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure of catering for was out at the Blackall Racecourse last night.

There were bikes, ci**rs, a few heart-stopping moments (yes… a dress got caught in a bike 😅), and plenty of beers, barrels and hay bales to set the scene.

They partied hard — and there are definitely a few sore heads floating around this morning! Although, to be fair, some never stopped drinking… so the hangover might still be on its way.

What a night. What a crew. Absolute cracker of a wedding.
