From our very first meeting, Elise made us feel completely at ease. She took the time to really get to know us, and the ceremony she created reflected our relationship so perfectly. It was warm, heartfelt, full of laughter, and told our story in such a genuine way that it felt like she had known us for years.

When our original ceremony location changed unexpectedly, Elise was incredibly supportive and flexible, helping everything come together seamlessly. On the day, she brought such a calm and reassuring presence that allowed us to simply enjoy every moment.

What truly sets Elise apart is that her care didn’t stop when the ceremony was over. She could see I was feeling overwhelmed and wasn’t completely happy with how everything was coming together at the reception. Without hesitation, she rolled up her sleeves and helped us set up, going well beyond anything we ever expected from our celebrant. She even handed me a mimosa and told me to take a moment and enjoy my day. It was exactly what I needed, and it’s a kindness I’ll never forget.

Our family and friends commented on how personal and engaging the ceremony was. There were tears, laughter, and so many smiles. Several guests told us afterwards that it was one of the most personal and genuine ceremonies they had ever attended, and that is a credit to the care, time and heart Elise puts into getting to know every couple.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful celebrant. Thank you, Elise, for making the most important part of our wedding day so incredibly special and for caring about us far beyond your role as our celebrant. We will always be grateful.

Yesterday was a truly Mission Beach local crew for Jason & Bianca.

They wanted their children & loved ones witness them say I do, down on the lawned area at Plenty Restaurant and Bar, the wedding venue a short stroll to Mission Beach Hideaway Holiday Village where all the guests were able to stay together in splendid surroundings.

Local photographer Natural Images by Susan Kelly captured the very laidback ceremony which was full of love & laughs.

It was a wonderful start to a glorious weekend here in FNQ, where the rainforest meets the reef & love is in the air always.
