Special 90th Birthday catering for a family lunch today for 10.
What a milestone!
On the menu, the birthday cake is a gluten free lemon and raspberry cake with lemon curd and raspberry compote and a lemon curd cream cheese frosting.
Starters were followng canapes
Smoked Trout , pea ,avo and dill crostini
Roast red pepper, ricotta and pesto tartlets with almond pastry
Duck pancakes with hoisin sauce
Main course: Citrus and herb slow roasted salmon
Mediterranean baked chicken
Sides: green bean and kipfler potato salad with capers, olives and dill red wine vimaigrette
Roast carrots with whipped Fetta , hot honey and pistachios. ( client says familycagrees its best way to eat carrots)
Crispy rice salad with cucumber, avocado, sesame and edamame beans ( so delish!) .
