Our last stop was beautiful Paris, I’ve dreamed about here for a very long time and it didn’t disappoint ❤️ the only thing I’d say is I wish we were there for longer as it’s a really big city!! My favourite part was climbing the Arc du Triomphe at sunset, the view of the city lighting up was just amazing!! Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkling was something I’ll never forget 💕🩷💕🩷 Thank you for recommending this Suzanne!!

Stage 10 of Tour De France!!! We were right in with all the cyclists at the presentation, super cool especially when kindly signed Mitchy’s hat!! He was stoked and now a full fanboy!!

PAU 💕now this is a town straight out of a movie set!! Henry IV lived in the chateau pictured. Photos don’t do justice for here.
Everything felt Royal and perfect everywhere you looked. Very hard to say as each town has its own unique personality but this one is definitely one of my favourites 💕💕 boulangerie won the best patisserie of 2024 in France!! Mitch said “best chocolate eclair of his life!” Each bite of their food was better than the last!!
My other love is the Tour De France, it will be passing through this gorgeous town very soon and seeing the finish with past winners was fantastic!! Sadly 2024 was Phillipsen but he’s no longer racing due to a bad crash.
The inclinater to get you up the steep hill was fun but also a blessing as we have a big suitcase 🤣🤣

A quick snippet of Toulouse, started a little rocky with some grumpy frenchies, once we got rid of the suitcases they became friendlier 🤣🤣 I’ve learnt to be Aussie and happy- great conversations if you try!!
I love the doors of this town, the history that’s behind each one and the time that would’ve gone into every single one 💙
It was a little cooler here so Mitch was the only one to swim, but it was a fun artsy hotel.
From here our family went separate ways for a few days, Hamish picked Stu up and off on their Pyrenees Cycling Adventure and Mitch and I headed to Pau… now that’s a town!!!

Toulon was the most beautiful little town 💞 only one night here was a highlight with its artistic style and artwork, beautiful view and warm welcoming by the staff. Highly recommend here!! It also has a great marina and a huge Naval Base. (No pics allowed 😜)

Nice-France! A beautiful hotel with a great pool to cool off in on these extremely hot days. This city is huge, a little overwhelming and not what I expected. After stunning Italy it felt very crowded and not always safe.
The pool was a great choice for some downtime and relaxing. We have some smaller towns coming up which will have more of a pretty vibe 😍 🇫🇷
