A custom Lakers jersey cake created for a young basketball fan! 🏀

This cake features:
🍫 Two layers of rich Belgian chocolate cake
🤎 Filled with Lindt Salted Caramel Crunch chocolate
🤍 Finished with my signature 50/50 blend of Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache for a silky smooth finish.

Every custom cake has its own challenges, but seeing the finished result come together makes it all worthwhile.

Another custom cake off the bench! 🦁🍻
This Brisbane Lions guernsey cake was created to celebrate a milestone 50th birthday, complete with a custom “Cheers & Beers to 50 Years” plaque inspired by Great Northern.

Inside are two layers of rich chocolate cake filled with a decadent Black Forest filling of kirsch-infused cherries, then covered in a silky dark chocolate ganache before being finished with smooth white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Happy 50th, Matt! I hope your day was every bit as legendary as your cake. 🍻🎂

🦋✨ Butterflies, Blooms & Birthday Wishes! ✨🦋

Created for Tahlia’s special day, this butterfly-themed dessert set featured a giant cupcake cake accompanied by matching heart-shaped cupcakes, all finished in soft pastel tones and delicate edible wafer paper butterflies.

The giant cupcake was crafted with a white chocolate shell and filled with layers of rich Belgian chocolate cake, crushed Lindt Caramel Toffee Crunch chocolate, and silky white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.

Finished with hand-piped buttercream florals, edible shimmer, and coordinating heart cupcakes, it made the perfect centrepiece for a butterfly-loving birthday girl.

🎶 STILL ROCKIN’ AT 80 🎶

This vintage record player cake was created to celebrate Tom’s 80th birthday and his love of great music.

Standing approximately 10” x 7” square, this cake features three layers of rich Belgian chocolate cake, filled and frosted with silky chocolate ganache. Between each layer is a generous sprinkle of crushed Lindt Toffee Crunch chocolate for a little extra indulgence.

The custom edible artwork was designed by me to reflect Tom’s favourite music and St. Tom’s Day celebrations, bringing together shamrocks, rainbows and a personalised “greatest hits” record label.

✨📖🧜‍♀️ 25 Years Under the Sea 🧜‍♂️📖✨

This anniversary cake was an absolute joy to create for Yvonne & Lorenzo’s 25th Wedding Anniversary.

The cake itself was two layers of rich Belgian chocolate cake, filled with homemade raspberry compote and strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream made with freeze-dried strawberries folded through the buttercream. It was then frosted in silky white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream before being transformed into an edible storybook celebrating their journey together.

The artwork was printed by The Edible Image Printing Company and brought their beautiful “25 Years Under the Sea” theme to life. The edible image pages were applied over a sculpted open-book cake, finished with a handcrafted fondant bookmark and shell detail.

I love cakes that tell a story, and this one felt especially special. 💙✨

A little mermaid-inspired celebration cake created for Rosemarie 💕🧜‍♀️

This petite shell-shaped cake is handcrafted from moulded white chocolate and filled with rich Belgian chocolate cake, then frosted with silky white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream in soft ocean-inspired shades.

Finished with a handcrafted white chocolate mermaid tail, a custom name plaque dusted with edible glitter and lustre dust, and a touch of sparkle fit for an under-the-sea celebration.

Who says you need a traditional wedding cake?

This elegant brownie tower was created for a beautiful wedding celebration, featuring rich chocolate brownies dusted with icing sugar and styled on one of our vintage crystal stands.

The couple supplied their own florals and topper, allowing the display to perfectly complement their wedding styling while giving guests a delicious dessert to enjoy throughout the evening.

I love creating alternatives to traditional cakes that are both beautiful and practical – and brownie towers are always a crowd favourite! 🤎

Pretty in pink for Misty’s Sweet 16 ✨🌸💖

This elegant two-tier celebration cake featured a rich white chocolate mud cake on the bottom tier and decadent Belgian chocolate cake on the top tier. Both tiers were filled and frosted with silky white chocolate whipped ganache.

Finished with metallic pink drip, handcrafted macarons, a statement sugar rose, and touches of gold for a sophisticated Sweet 16 centrepiece.
