Streamlined Build Services work on the new room ☑️
New glass doors installed ☑️
First coat of floor sealer down ☑️
Trial kennel yard maintenance ☑️
Trial kennel drainage work in progress ☑️

Another million laps of the track in the tractor ☑️
Chasers Bar and Bistro carpet steam cleaned ☑️
Our upcoming events planned to within an inch of their lives ☑️

Needless to say, it has been a VERY productive week so far for all of our track staff team!

The end of Harrow week day one, and we had the resident magpie overseeing the work being completed on track!

And while the track team did many…many…many laps around the track, we continued preparations for our big upcoming events, starting with clearing the Chasers Bar and Bistro ready for a deep carpet clean.

So much happening around the track this week.. be sure to keep an eye out for updates!

The track may be closed this week, but it is still a hive of activity this morning!

From 7:30am the grader took to the track grading the sand, while Mick and the team had the task of getting all the sand back on the track from around the boxes and gutters. Later in the morning fresh sand was being loaded up onto the truck as it went along to top dress the sand.... with more to come this afternoon!

Why do we do a harrow of the track? For maintenance, upkeep and safety of the track.

Friday night racing here at the Bendigo Greyhound Racing Association completed for another week. Congratulations to all of tonight's winners!

Congratulations also to John Caufield for being this month's members draw winner! John receives a meal and drink voucher from our Chasers Bar and Bistro, as well as a race named in his honour!

And a very happy birthday shout out to Gracie who turned 6 today!

We have a week off from racing next week as our track gets a harrow, and then we will be back to business as usual with racing commencing again on the 9th of September...we look forward to seeing you then!

Mick and the team will be working hard on the track, so it is back to tip top condition for the following week, while we take the week to prepare for our big upcoming events...... so watch this space!

Wednesday twilight meeting done and dusted and yet another great afternoon at the track here at the Bendigo Greyhound Racing Association.

Congratulations to all of today's winners, and a special mention to Darren Fisher who got a double for the day and to Alisdair Armstrong for getting a win on the track in race 13 and off the track as todays Wednesday Winner.

Don't forget we do it all again this Friday night, so why not come and join us from 6pm for a meal in the Chasers Bar and Bistro and stay for the live action on track from 7:16pm. Local onsite bookie Juppbet will be here and our Friday night meat raffle from Strath Hill Butcher. We look forward to seeing you there!
