We more or less take the stress out of your next function. Our team allows you to enjoy the company of your guest whilst we do all the background work of heating up food, waitressing, bar service and general cleaning up through out your function. We have assisted with Kids birthdays, Adult birthdays, Engagement parties and Weddings, Funeral Wakes, Sporting Events and Christmas parties.

Absolute Legends at the One Tree Hill Hotel . Annie and I accepted a cheque on behalf of the Bendigo Palliative Care Auxiliary. I must admit I did enjoy my Friday nights selling the raffle tickets 😜🧡

With the little spare time I have ......I am on the Bendigo Palliative Care Auxiliary. Mum and I joined this Auxiliary after Dad passed away in Bendigo Hospice.
So yesterday we helped cater for the Belvoir Park Charity Golf Day with all proceeds going to our Auxiliary. This money will enable us to purchase another cuddle bed for our Hospice unit and also other much needed items.
Over 90 golfers participated on the day and it has been a massive 30 years that the golf club has supported this event.

Our Story

Welcome to Bendigo Party Assistants. We have been assisting with events in country Victoria for 4 years. We are the people that “ Take the STRESS out of your FUNCTION “. Our task include, 1. Pre heating food 2. Presentation of food onto serving trays /grazing tables 3. If Buffett style assisting with serving 4. Waitressing 7. Bar Service *RSA* 8. Cleaning Kitchen Area 9. Dishes We offer our assistance at children's parties, adults birthday parties, engagement and weddings, Christmas functions, sporting functions, funeral/wakes, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, business events.

We also can work in with other private caterers and are happy to recommend caterers for your next event. Please feel free to ring or message me in regards to any questions you may have. Sandra, Nathan, Zachary and Alisha
