We’re fired up.

We’re Fired Up mobile wood fired pizza has over 7 years experience in delivering a large 12” gourmet style pizza to our patrons. We have evolved from a single axle oven to a large tandem axle double oven capable of delivering up to 1000 units in an 8 hour period.

Our special selection of wood containing the correct percentage of moisture and size creates the perfect coals and flame to achieve the critical 750 degree F temperature to ensure rapid cooking and caramelizing of the ingredients, while adding a hint of smoke that cannot be achieved in a regular oven.

Maree and I, as well as our staff are passionate about our business and strive to produce an outstanding product that will delight and enhance your guests and patrons experience at your function or event.
