Cheat’s garlic pizza for brekkie 🙌
Totally gluten-free, dairy-free… and BIG on flavour.
Quick - go make one yourself:
Mix 105g gluten-free flour + 8g baking powder + 145g coconut yoghurt until you get a crumbly dough.
Tip onto a floured surface and gently knead until smooth.
Roll into a thin base to fit your lined pan.
Spread with Nuttelex, then top with garlic salt, paprika, chopped chives + dairy-free mozzarella.
Bake at 190°C for 12 mins.
Crispy edges, soft centre… done 🍕
*You can definitely make this with gluten and dairy…just swap to your normal ingredients though the amount of yoghurt you need may vary
