Does your videographer consistently show up on camera?
If not, you might want to work with someone who does, and here’s why.

You already know the importance of showing up on camera, not just for your business, but for building your personal brand.

But here’s the thing… being confident on camera is a skill. And if you haven’t had much experience, it can feel awkward and unnatural.

Trust me, I’ve been there. My first videos? A mess. I was stuttering, forgetting what to say, and overthinking everything. But over time and through repetition and practice, I got better, and more importantly, I got comfortable.

That’s exactly why you want to work with a videographer who understands what it’s like to be in front of the camera.

Someone who can coach you through the process, help you with what to say, how to say it, and make sure you come across as your most confident self—so you can just focus on being you.

If you’re still not using video for your listings, you’re already behind. Let me break down why video isn’t just an option—it’s a necessity.

Social media is where your buyers are.

Over 90% of homebuyers use the internet and social media, with over 5 million adults over 18 in New south wales alone, and guess where they’re looking?

If you’re not showing up in the right places you’re invisible.

Video builds trust. 82% of clients say they trust an agent with a strong personal brand. And there’s no better way to build that brand than showing up on camera.

People do business with people they feel connected to, and video makes that happen faster than anything else.

And More exposure Equals More leads.

Listings with video on average recieve Three times more inquiries than those without. Video doesn’t just showcase a property—it gets more eyes on it, meaning faster sales and better results for your clients.

So let me ask you this: If video can help you build trust, grow your brand, and get more buyers, why aren’t you using it yet?

Here's two different shots for a living space

If you’re an agent who wants to be on camera but lacks confidence, don’t overthink it. A simple one to two-sentence hook is all you need.

Let’s be real—your voiceover is just repeating the same info that’s already in your ad copy. And if someone’s interested, they’re going to check the listing anyway.

So instead of stressing over a long script, here’s the easiest way to create your hook:

Pick one to three selling points that make the property stand out, Then use a simple hook like:

“Have you ever wanted a place with XYZ?”
“You’ll never need a car living this close to town.”
Or something unique that fits the home’s vibe.

From that hook, all you need is some killer visuals, and boom. Your video is done. And the best part? You only spent five minutes on camera.

In this world of social media, Your intro is your first impression. Keep it simple, make it count, and don't overcomplicate it.

How many different ways can we film a bedroom?

It annoys me when sales agents say, “I don’t wanna be on camera.” How do you expect people to trust you if they don’t even know who you are?

Around 82% of clients say they trust an agent with a strong personal brand. And you know what makes a strong personal brand? YOU DO. Your face. Your personality. Everything that makes you, you.

If you’re just sending out emails or posting text graphics, you’re wasting your time. Real estate is a people business, and people connect with people.

Posting just one simple video introducing yourself could triple your click-through rate. That’s potentially three times the leads, three times the opportunities, and three times the business—just by showing up on video.

So tell me—what’s actually stopping you from hitting reccord? Because while you’re overthinking it, someone else is already building the trust and relationships that you’re missing out on.

Casually filming this awesome threeway bathroom

If you struggle to come up with good intros for your listing videos, this video is for you.

When I work with my clients, I always push for a creative hook—because let’s be real, “Hi, welcome to this house I’m selling” isn’t grabbing anyone’s attention.

In the world of social media, you’ve got three seconds to hook a viewer. Wasting that time on the address? Big mistake.

Here’s how I do it:

I ask my agents, what are the key selling points?
- Is it the view?
- A rennovated bathroom?
- A huge backyard?
- Or is it the location?
- Are we close to shops, schools, or parks?

I then pinpoint one to three things that make this property unique. And yes—every home has something that sets it apart.

Then, I help craft an intro that’s not only engaging but also on-brand for the agent—something that matches their style and personality while making the listing stand out.

Your intro is your first impression. Make it count. Ditch the boring intros and lead with something that actually grabs attention.

Capture and Inspire

Thing that describes me “Cheeky, Fun and a little Weird” but who Isn't?

I didn’t see you there, Hi i’m Adrian I currently live in Bathurst but love to travel all over New South Wales and Victoria.

I started creating amazing wedding videos back in 2017 when I had the amazing opportunity to film my first wedding and I fell in love with it. I absolutely love being able to capture new moments in couples lives that they are going to remember forever.

Im 2018 I started taking photos of couples and fell in love with the challenge of capturing emotion, fun and cinematic photos of couples being themselves.
