Excited to launch next year’s retreat set in the hinterland of Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, surrounded by nature, birdlife and beautiful bushland.

March 14 - 16, 2025

Come away and immerse yourself in yoga, lush nature, meaningful connection, deep rest and an unforgettable experience deep in the Otway’s.

Spend the weekend in the beautiful King Parrot Cottages, the ideal backdrop for a rejuvenating & restful retreat.

This retreat has everything taken care of to ensure your experience is unforgettable.

Two nights of beautiful accommodation

Daily yoga and meditation: including a mixture of hatha/restorative yoga practices and pranayama/meditation classes daily
