Farewell 2021 👋, let´s look forward to a brighter 2022! ☀️🎉🌻

Callao Australia said goodbye to 2021 with our last event of the year.

We want to thank Danny and all the amazing people who attended this wonderful event hosted by Silkflora this Monday.

My team and I were delighted to be part of this celebration creating a personalized menu for this special occasion

In the meantime, Callao Australia is taking a short break for the holidays to come back stronger in January next year.

Arroz Chaufa is Peruvian's version of Chinese fried rice. It is influenced by the influx of Chinese immigrants to Peru. Peru's fried rice version consists of rice, red bell peppers, green onions, red onions, garlic, soy sauce, scrambled eggs chicken and a dash of sesame oil, ginger, and cumin. Amazingly delicious and you probably already have all the ingredients to make this!😍👩🏻‍🍳🙌
