Hey Everyone!

This week has been one of huge reflection, back in June 2015 (first photo taken and posted first seven years ago this last) when Mama's Paleo Plate was being brought to life I am not sure that Amy and I were aware of the amount of wonderful people who would cross paths and impact and be impacted by Mama's Paleo Plate over the seven years. We originally started as we knew there was a need for delicious nutritious meals without any added extras other than veggies, fruit, herbs, spices, meat and lots of love therefore being able to cater for many people's dietary requirements but also we wanted to be able to share the love and have been able to gift meals to people who were athletes in training, unwell, recently birthed, generally having a hard time in life, been impacted by drought and fires and most recently impacted by the floods and with the continuous support of wonderful customers who are much more than customers, you have made this possible and have been able to help Mama's Paleo Plate touch many lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support.

Behind the scenes there has also been support and assistance from beautiful friends and family in many ways and each of you have made such a big difference in Mama's Paleo Plate Thank You 🙏.

Meanwhile this is not goodbye but when gifted with change it's a chance for transformation and I am very excited about the next chapter in the life of Mama's Paleo Plate and I look forward to being a continued part of your lives.

Hey Everyone!

I have some news for you and an announcement to make.

Just recently, I found out that the commercial kitchen I use to make all the Mama’s Paleo Plate meals is to be no longer available for my use. As I sat with the news thinking about any next steps I have come to the very difficult decision that it’s time that Mama’s Paleo Plate lays down her wooden spoon and ladle to move in a different direction.

After 7 years of operation (in fact, almost to the exact day!) I plan to close Mama’s Paleo Plate in Its current form in 3-weeks on June 28th.

Whilst Mama’s Paleo Plate won’t be functioning as you’re used to beyond June 28th I will be bulk cooking for a small number of customers. This will be a service I provide where I come to your home and cook other once a week or one monthly of delicious healthy, nutritious meals for your freezer.

If this is something you would be interested in, please PM/DM me on Facebook or send me an SMS 0432409909 and I will let you know when this will become available and which time slots I have (and when).

I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support of Mama’s Paleo Plate over the past 7 years. It has been a huge privilege to nourish you all and given me much joy sharing the love with you that I put into cooking your meals. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you as I have gone about my deliveries and I will miss you all very much.

** Spiced Salmon: Lightly spiced salmon served with a lime cauliflower puree and greens (suitable for freezing).

** Lemongrass Chicken: Chicken breast pieces cooked in a creamy lemongrass sauce served on a bed of mixed veggies. (VEGETARIAN OPTION AVAILABLE Suitable for freezing)

** Beef Ragout: A rich Italian style rich ragout served with carrot puree and greens. (suitable for freezing).

Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏 Mama's Paleo Plate has received some generous donations this week which has and will enable the ability to continue to contribute to the nourishing of the beautiful people who have lost so much in the floods, please continue to let me know who needs some care at this time.

** Pulled pork: Pork shoulder cooked with butchers bacon until tender and gently pulled served with sweet potato mash and coleslaw (VEGETABLES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST /coleslaw NOT suitable for freezing).

** Lamb tagine: Moroccan style lamb tagine gently cooked with nuts, dried fruit and spices served with a cauliflower couscous. (Suitable for freezing).

** Mustard Chicken: Chicken breast pieces cooked in a creamy mustard sauce served with a mixed veggie mash. (VEGETARIAN OPTION AVAILABLE suitable for freezing).

Hey Everyone!

Words don't come easily to express this week but what I truely want to say is thank you for your continued support which last week meant Mama's Paleo Plate was able to send out 100 meals to people in the community who had been so effected by the recent floods.
If you or someone you know needs some nourishing please send me a message and I will endeavour to provide them some love in a meal, particularly if you know someone who has any dietary requirements this time has been a real challenge for them.
We are so fortunate to be part of such an amazing community who's care and support is amazing, I would like to extend a big thank you to each and every business and individual who has been supporting our community much love to all of you.

** Butter Chicken: Chicken breast pieces cooked in a mild Indian style sauce served with cauliflower and broccoli rice (Vegetarian option available/suitable for freezing).

** Posh Fish and chips: Maple and mustard marinated salmon served with minted broccoli puree and sweet potato wedges.(suitable for freezing).

** Greek Lamb: Lamb cooked with Greek inspired herbs and spices until tender then pulled and served with roast pumpkin and greens. (Suitable for freezing).

** Mediterranean chicken: Chicken thighs marinated in sundried tomato and basil pesto served with roast sweet potatoes and a variety of Mediterranean style roast vegetables.** (Suitable for freezing).
